Hi, I’m Diane, an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor passionate about empowering people to navigate life’s challenges with courage, compassion, and curiosity. I believe therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about reconnecting you with your own power, voice, and capacity for growth. Life can feel unsteady, but that doesn’t mean you’re broken. Together, we’ll explore your story honestly and without judgment. Through this process, you can cultivate resilience, navigate challenges authentically, and discover genuine meaning in your journey. With a background in integrated healthcare, school-based counseling, and both virtual and in-person therapy settings, I bring a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and solutions-focused approach to care. I’m especially committed to working with underserved and diverse communities across cultural and generational backgrounds—honoring the full scope of identity and lived experience. My therapy style is warm, relational, compassionate, solutions-focused, and deeply human. As a cheerleader and advocate for my clients, I provide emotionally safe spaces where you can be real, heard, and supported. I often use gentle humor and down-to-earth conversation to help ease anxiety and create an approachable environment where you feel comfortable opening up and connecting. I specialize in helping individuals facing life transitions due to health, career, or family challenges that may inhibit growth. My work focuses on the client's individuating toward growth, healing, and mindfulness. Healing in a safe space involves self-discovery, understanding past experiences, and addressing trauma to empower individuals to thrive. I have worked with diverse clients, including children, young adults, and seniors. My door is open to adults of all identities, with a particular focus on those who hold marginalized identities, including Latinx/a/o/e, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+.
